Groups File Reply Brief in Appeal of BLM’s Eagle Crest Decision

The Coalition, NPCA, Defenders of Wildlife and the Sierra Club have jointly filed a reply brief with the Interior Department Board of Land Appeals as part of their challenge to BLM’s decision to grant a right-of-way for the Eagle Crest Pumped Storage Project near Joshua Tree National Park.
