Who Can Join the Coalition?

Current or Former NPS Employee or Volunteer
Anyone who is currently employed, retired, or formerly employed by the National Park Service in a salaried role—including General Schedule (GS), Wage System, Seasonal, Temporary, or Senior Executive Service (SES) positions—or who served as an NPS volunteer under a signed volunteer agreement is eligible to join the Coalition.

Non-NPS Supporter
Not eligible for membership because you’ve never worked or volunteered for the National Park Service? You can still support our mission by becoming a Coalition Supporter.

Why Join?

As a member and supporter, you’ll receive:

• The Bi-Weekly Coalition Report – keeping you informed on critical NPS issues

• Access to a vibrant network of fellow NPS professionals and supporters

• Regular updates from the Executive Council on key developments

• Opportunities to take action in support of America’s national parks

Membership is Free – But Your Support Makes a Difference

There is currently no fee to join, and we do not collect regular dues. Instead, we rely on donations to sustain our advocacy, outreach, and communication efforts.

While membership is open to all who qualify, we encourage you to consider making a donation when you apply. Every contribution matters, and your gift directly supports our work to protect and preserve the National Park System.

We suggest a donation of $100, but any amount is greatly appreciated. The Coalition is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and all contributions are tax-deductible.
