Wilderness Watch v. Creachbaum Court Decision

On December 14, 2016, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington found in the National Park Service’s favor in the case of Wilderness Watch Inc. vs. Sarah Creachbaum, the Superintendent of Olympic National Park, and the National Park Service.

This case challenged Olympic National Park’s maintenance of historic structures in the wilderness, and the Court upheld the National Park Service’s decision to maintain all five structures.
